After struggling with postpartum fatigue, weight fluctuations, and ongoing digestive issues, Taylor discovered she had Crohn’s disease.

Her diagnosis sparked a transformation. Through research, training, and personal healing, she became a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach.

Now, as a busy mom of two and wife to her high school sweetheart, Taylor is passionate about helping other families nourish themselves in body, mind, and spirit.

She brings empathy, real-life experience, and evidence-based guidance to every client she works with.

Every body is different—and so is every plan. Based on your needs, Taylor will create a completely personalized roadmap for your nutrition, movement, and mindset. This includes a custom macro plan, flexible food guidance, and tools that meet you where you are. It’s not about restriction; it’s about giving your body what it truly needs.

3. Start Tracking & Shifting Habits

You’ll use the Hubfit app to track meals, habits, sleep, hydration, and movement. Taylor checks in regularly and is available for support via messaging. With weekly 1:1 sessions and daily accountability, you’ll build self-awareness and start replacing burnout cycles with sustainable rhythms.
